Supported Chains
The three production chains Papillae supports at launch and why.
Updated Feb 23, 2026
Papillae launches on three chains. Not because the technology is limited to three but because depth on three chains is worth more than shallow coverage on fifteen. Every chain we support is one where we have integrated bridges, validated swap liquidity, confirmed off-ramp partner compatibility, and deployed and audited our smart contracts. We will expand. But not before we are excellent on these three.
Ethereum
Ethereum is the primary chain. The deepest USDC liquidity of any blockchain. The most mature DeFi ecosystem. The chain where Circle CCTP, Across Protocol, and Stargate all have their strongest deployments. The chain that most institutional stablecoin flows start on.
Ethereum is also the most expensive chain for gas. For transfers above a few hundred dollars this cost is trivial relative to the value being moved. For very small transfers it matters, which is why Polygon exists as an alternative entry point.

Supported protocols on Ethereum: Swaps via 1inch, Uniswap V3, and 0x Protocol. Bridging via Circle CCTP to Polygon and Solana, Across Protocol to Polygon, Stargate Finance to Polygon.
Polygon
Polygon is the low-cost entry point. Fractions of a cent per transaction. Two-second block finality. Strong adoption across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa - exactly the regions our corridors serve. If a user is already on Polygon, their transfer starts cheaper and stays cheaper.
Polygon is also where a lot of DeFi activity in emerging markets happens natively. Users in the Philippines who have been onboarded through local crypto apps are often already holding USDC on Polygon. For them, Papillae routes directly without needing to bridge to Ethereum first.

Supported protocols on Polygon: Swaps via 1inch, QuickSwap, and Uniswap V3. Bridging via Circle CCTP to Ethereum and Solana, Across Protocol to Ethereum, Stargate Finance to Ethereum.
Solana
Solana is the speed and cost chain. 400 millisecond block times. Transaction costs measured in fractions of a cent. Jupiter Aggregator - the most efficient swap routing on any blockchain - deployed natively. Circle's CCTP now supports Solana natively, which means USDC moves between Ethereum or Polygon and Solana without wrapped token risk.
Solana has strong adoption in the Philippines specifically - the Coins.ph ecosystem has significant Solana exposure - and growing usage across Southeast Asia broadly. For users already in the Solana ecosystem, Papillae meets them where they are.

Supported protocols on Solana: Swaps via Jupiter Aggregator, Orca, and Raydium. Bridging via Circle CCTP to Ethereum and Polygon, Wormhole to Ethereum and Polygon, Allbridge as final fallback.
